High-Level Support Specialist

About the Role
  • 10+ years of experience in senior EA roles or similar senior-level support.
  • Exceptional project management and coordination skills.
  • Advanced MS Office capability (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong client-ready writing and polished communication skills.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and ability to earn the trust of senior executives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate international meetings and travel.
  • Manage end-to-end project documentation – proposals, reports, presentations, and more.
  • Act as the central hub for communication and keep workflows on track with deadlines and quality checks.
  • Provide additional office support when needed (e.g., catering and room setup).
  • Support broader office operations and special projects as required.
