We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office.

This role involves coordinating support functions, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment, and providing administrative assistance to staff as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate training, seminar and conference bookings
  • Coordinate building and equipment maintenance
  • Coordinate client and staff events
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including generating purchase orders and receiving invoices
  • Oversee monthly credit card reconciliations
  • Conduct new staff inductions and provide administrative support to relevant teams as required
  • Coordinate freight and courier services as needed
  • Coordinate ordering and distributing supplies and equipment as directed
  • Implement and monitor office emergency procedures, coordinate warden meetings and drills
  • Support the leadership team as needed
About You

You will need:

  • 2+ years' experience in an administrative management position
  • Intermediate skill level across the MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to develop positive relationships with key stakeholders
  • Able to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping and timely processing of records
  • Well-developed organization and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
