Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent instructional design skills to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop engaging learning content that enhances the knowledge and skills of our learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop interactive learning modules, courses, and assessments using various authoring tools
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather requirements and ensure that learning content meets business needs
  • Conduct analysis and evaluation of existing learning content to identify areas for improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design, course development, and adult learning principles
  • Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia
