Our company is seeking a seasoned Learning Content Specialist to collaborate with the Change Management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging learning materials, including interactive guides, video tutorials, assessments, and practice exercises, in alignment with existing training strategies and corporate formats.
  • Deliver classroom training sessions and upskill others to lead training through a 'Train the Trainer' approach.
  • Support logistics and provide regular updates and reports for key stakeholders.

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience in developing user-centred learning content for business systems that aligns with existing training strategies and corporate formats.
  • Ability to facilitate effective classroom training and upskill others to lead training.
  • Proven experience in roll-out of training programs alongside project delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop learning content.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate training schedules and delivery.
