Senior Analytics Leader

Join Xero as a Senior Analytics Leader and drive effective strategy and execution globally. As a key leader in the business, you will lead strategic recommendations based on world-class analytics and storytelling, delivering analysis and understanding of commercial and operational performance to inform Xero's strategy, planning, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify strategic opportunities through data analysis and drive recommendations to improve Xero's operating system and commercial performance.
- Lead a high-impact analytics team and work closely with senior stakeholders to generate pan-Xero insights and inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and implement advanced analytics techniques and statistical methodologies to drive business value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business objectives and drive strategic decision-making.
- Build deep knowledge across multiple data domains and drive innovation with data and analytics.
- 15+ years of experience in analytics, with a proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and driving business value.
- Proven leadership ability and experience in coaching team members to improve communication, storytelling, and technical capabilities.
- Experience in delivering analytics in the form of interactive dashboards and applying advanced analytics techniques and statistical methodologies.
- Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and Tableau, with the ability to guide the team through mastery of these tools.
- Excellent people leadership, storytelling, and commercial skills, with the ability to clearly frame problems and drive solutions.
