We are seeking a seasoned Data Platform Architect to lead our analytics innovation efforts in the APAC region. This is a remote opportunity that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Australia.

Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a future-proof analytics technology roadmap. You will build dashboards and reports that make complex data simple, meaningful, and actionable for customers and stakeholders.
You will design and maintain scalable data pipelines and robust analytics infrastructure that support growing business needs. Additionally, you will communicate seamlessly across R&D teams to manage dependencies and risks while ensuring smooth collaboration with Product teams.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics technology strategy.
- Lead the development of data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Mentor and inspire analytics engineers, fostering a high-performing and growth-focused team culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of key features.
What We Offer
We offer a highly competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. You will also enjoy a flexible remote setup, allowing you to work from anywhere in Australia. Our organization is dedicated to empowering employees to grow professionally and personally.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
10+ years of experience working with analytics, data platforms, and databases.5+ years of leadership experience, with a focus on empowering and developing teams.Proven expertise in Agile planning and execution.Strong hands-on experience with ETL technologies.Mastery of modern analytics platforms like Snowflake and Jasper.Metrics That Define Your Success
