Your Day-to-Day

  • Develop and implement a future-proof analytics technology roadmap.
  • Build dashboards and reports that make complex data simple, meaningful, and actionable for customers and stakeholders.
  • Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and robust analytics infrastructure that support growing business needs.
  • Communicate seamlessly across R&D teams to manage dependencies and risks while ensuring smooth collaboration with Product teams.
  • Provide tactical leadership to align engineering execution with product vision.
  • Mentor and inspire analytics engineers, fostering a high-performing and growth-focused team culture.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 10+ years of experience working with analytics, data platforms, and databases.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, with a focus on empowering and developing teams.
  • Proven expertise in Agile planning and execution.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ETL technologies.
  • Mastery of modern analytics platforms like Snowflake and Jasper.
  • A passion for data visualization—turning raw numbers into stories that drive business outcomes.
