Job Description

The key objective of this role is to drive operational excellence by effectively organizing, planning, coordinating and controlling team operations.

Achieving this involves ensuring the accuracy, completeness and efficiency of tasks delegated to team members while developing and documenting operational processes within the team.

This includes prioritizing work to meet deadlines and goals set for the team, delegating responsibilities as needed, and providing input on performance reviews and compensation decisions.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Team Management:
    • Training and developing team members
    • Establishing clear goals (short-term, mid-term, long-term)
    • Providing feedback and guidance on employee performance
    • Communicating and educating employees on policies and procedures
  • Operational Efficiency:
    • Organizing and planning team activities to ensure smooth operation
    • Prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and achieve objectives
    • Developing and implementing process improvements within the team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and influence team members
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
