About the Role

We're seeking a suitably qualified professional to manage various sites and properties, including corporate offices, Kwinana, Pinjarra, and Mining locations.

This permanent role will involve lease and facilities management, negotiation expertise, and protecting our business and surrounding communities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining positive relations with landowners, agents, community stakeholders, neighbours, and government bodies
  • Leading ongoing projects to achieve competitive costs and quality service levels in real estate purchases, renewals, leases, and sales
  • Advising on compliance to land management strategies and policies, property valuation, and market analysis
  • Reviewing and approving payments of monthly lease invoices, annual rates, and taxes
  • Actioning all maintenance requirements for Booragoon office and completing any ongoing refurbishment
  • Understanding property zonings and providing recommendations on impact of changes

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Broad project exposure across Industrial and Commercial Real Estate with a strong understanding of Real Estate and Law terms and agreements
  • Real Estate, Property Management or Property Valuation accreditation or professional certification and/or previous experience in the Mining and Resources sector is highly desirable
  • Experience in managing a large portfolio of real estate, landlords, tenants, government agencies, maintenance personnel, and contractors
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for real estate deals and ability to execute major property transactions
  • Ability to provide consultancy/expert services to senior management groups
  • Competent in balancing multiple priorities and managing feedback and building positive relationships with various stakeholders
