**The Opportunity**


Mindil Beach Casino Resort, a leading entertainment destination in the Northern Territory, is seeking a skilled Operations Support Officer to provide essential support to the Property Services team.


Key Responsibilities



  • Provide friendly reception services to assist staff, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Support the Property Services Supervisor/Manager with contract coordination, work orders, and tracking completed tasks.
  • Manage service and maintenance requests efficiently.
  • Facilitate contractor sign-ins and access control for external stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate processing of accounts payable documents in line with statutory requirements.
  • Deliver general administration support to maintain a smooth Property Services department.

Requirements



  • Experience in construction or hospitality industries.
  • Background in providing senior administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Financial administration experience and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with FMI (desirable but not essential).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Motivated, enthusiastic approach and ability to take on challenges.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, as the business demands.
