We are seeking a seasoned leader to fill the role of Chief Security Operations Manager at our esteemed Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin, Australia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations and ensuring the safety of our guests and staff.

About the Job

  • Manage a team of security officers to ensure effective execution of daily security operations
  • Oversee guest behaviour monitoring, gaming activities, and security incidents
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain high standards of safety, security, and customer service
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experience

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership role within the security industry
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • A commitment to upholding high standards of safety, security, and customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security systems
  • Ability to work a rotating 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • NT Security & Crowd Control licence, RSA & RSG certificates
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Operatives Licence
