**Job Description**

The Stockroom Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate and appropriate levels of stock to meet customer demand. This involves driving scheduled cycle counts, utilizing data and reports to support operational duties, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have previous retail stock management experience, proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, and a suitable level of physical fitness. We seek a motivated individual who is proactive and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent client service skills, experiential retail knowledge, and a passion for maintaining a positive company culture. You should also be able to track stock levels to ensure your store represents the Sephora brand and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
