At Grupo Mantra, we're seeking a detail-oriented customer service professional to join our dynamic inbound contact centre team in Surfers Paradise. As a Reservations Payment Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our department, managing payment-related reporting procedures and diligently tracking and resolving payment issues with leisure, corporate, and travel agent bookings.

  • Comfortable outbound calling guests and taking payment details down correctly
  • Strong attention to detail to accurately handle financial transactions and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, credit agents, and guests
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage your time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), as well as other software packages
