Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Executive Chef Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and dedicated individual to work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality customer service to guests.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation of ingredients, cooking techniques, and presentation of dishes. They will also be involved in maintaining kitchen safety and adhering to established recipes and instructions.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A trade qualification in Cookery (Certificate IV or higher)
  • Previous experience in a luxury 5-star environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Physical stamina to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Able to pass a federal police background security check
