About the Role:

We are seeking a Clinical Safety Specialist to provide advanced clinical leadership and expertise relevant to safety and quality within mental health services. This is a fixed-term temporary full-time opportunity to support clinical incident management processes and patient safety activities across our network.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to ensure centralised coordination and standardised pathways for clinical incident notification and management. You will also demonstrate high-level interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with executive leads, safety and quality teams, and multi-disciplinary clinical staff. Additionally, you will provide leadership and direction to facilitate and promote a culture of safety and quality within our organisation.
