Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. The Clinical Support Specialist role is focused on enhancing family capacity and improving child safety for children under 18 years of age.

This position involves working in partnership with families and other professionals to provide collaborative case management and support services.

The Clinical Support Specialist coordinates practical and therapeutic in-home supports, as well as connections to community networks to promote wellbeing and address child safety risk factors.

A key responsibility of the Clinical Support Specialist is to work collaboratively with families to identify and address their needs, providing guidance and support to ensure the best possible outcomes for the child.

Key Responsibilities

  • To develop and implement comprehensive case plans that meet the unique needs of each family
  • To coordinate with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to family support
  • To facilitate access to community resources and services to support family wellbeing
  • To maintain accurate records and reports related to case management activities

Requirements

  • Social Work Degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Child Protection Legislation
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • Ability to work flexibly to provide some services outside of business hours when required
