About the Role:

We are seeking a Risk Control Specialist to join our global projects team. This role will involve working with stakeholders across various divisions to ensure effective risk management and control processes are in place.

In this position, you will be responsible for designing and implementing controls to mitigate risks across end-to-end trading lifecycles. You will also provide independent risk challenge at each phase of projects, including design, implementation, and embedding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing risk and control frameworks to manage enterprise risks in highly regulated legal entities
  • Collaborating with project teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with large-scale projects
  • Designing and operating effective control environments to ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Financial Services as an operational risk management or risk assurance expert
  • Experience working on large-scale risk remediation projects and with external reviewers and regulators
  • CA/CPA qualification highly desirable
