Job Overview

The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of accounts payable operations. This role involves coordinating and executing three-way matching, coding, and AP month-end reporting with precision.

This position also entails managing EFT payment runs and foreign payments in multiple currencies. Additionally, the officer will engage with suppliers to resolve queries and disputes, including complex statement reconciliations.

Apart from these responsibilities, the officer will oversee PO processing, assist with general ledger reconciliations and monthly accruals.
