Job Title: Accounts Payable Manager

As a seasoned accounting professional, you will oversee lease administration payments and ensure data accuracy across financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage AP and lease payment processes, including monthly rent and outgoings.
  • Liaise with finance teams, landlords, and internal stakeholders to optimize cash flow and minimize risks.
  • Maintain data integrity in the lease administration system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Handle budgeting, reconciliations, and critical lease date reporting to inform business decisions.
  • Investigate discrepancies and manage subtenant invoicing and arrears to prevent revenue loss.
  • Support process improvements and quality assurance initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' experience in Accounts Payable or Lease Administration, preferably in a senior role.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a degree related to Finance or Accounting, such as a CPA or CA.
  • Advanced Excel skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with financial software.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
