About the Job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about finance and wants to make a difference in a fast-paced industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing supplier invoices and employee expenses, ensuring correct coding and approvals, and maintaining accurate accounts payable records.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably with experience using Net Suite.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process supplier invoices and employee expenses in Net Suite and Airwallex
  • Ensure correct coding, approvals, and three-way matching with POs and receipts
  • Maintain accurate accounts payable records, support audits, and ensure compliance with policies
  • Coordinate with teams and suppliers to resolve discrepancies and inquiries
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency within the AP function

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable
  • Background in finance, accounting, or similar
  • Understanding of accounting principles and best practices
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude, eager to learn and grow
  • Comfortable using online tools and systems
