About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic individual to oversee the day-to-day management of our programmes in Australia.

This role involves coordinating logistical operations, providing comprehensive support to participants throughout their journey, conducting interviews to maintain candidate quality, establishing and maintaining relationships with host partners, generating new leads in schools and outdoor education providers, organizing presentations and events to promote our programmes, and collaborating with the wider team on marketing and communications efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily operations of Australian programmes while supporting participants from other locations.
  • Provide detailed support to participants from application to placement and beyond.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to ensure candidate quality.
  • Maintain strong relationships with host partners for successful placements.
  • Identify new lead opportunities in schools and outdoor education providers.
  • Organize engaging presentations and events to promote our programmes.
  • Collaborate with the wider team on marketing and communications strategies.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and provide regular updates and reports.
