Job Title: Supply Chain Planning Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Supply Chain Planning Manager to join our dynamic supply chain team.

  • Develop accurate demand plans, conduct S&OP, forecasting, collaborate with local, regional and global supply chain teams, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Support new product introductions and product changes.
  • Lead action-driven S&OP, build strong relationships with key stakeholders and internal teams.

Key Skills:

  • Sales trend analysis and market data interpretation for accurate forecasts.
  • Forecasting method enhancement and system improvement.
  • Supply chain capacity and forecasting model development and maintenance.
  • Finance partnership for budget preparation, cost monitoring, and operational target setting.
  • DMP forecasting system integrity maintenance and working capital target optimization.
  • Inventory target management, supply chain metric tracking, and dashboard creation.
  • Process efficiency promotion through stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitor forecast accuracy, inventory targets, and supply chain metrics.
  • Manage dashboards, reports, and scorecards for data-driven decisions.
