We are currently looking for an experienced IBP Supply Chain Planning Manager to join our team here at The Arnott's Group (TAG).

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering thought leadership and strategic direction. You will provide leadership and strategic direction to build and implement best-in-class supply chain planning solutions in conjunction with the Supply Chain Leadership team, as well as the broader business.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- In conjunction with TAG's broader IBP Improvement Plan, build the Supply Chain Planning strategy
- Own the design, build and implementation of all IBP Supply Chain Planning initiatives across Production Planning, Inventory Optimisation, and Distribution Planning
- Lead the transition from current-state to a best-in-class future-state
- Facilitate the monthly Supply Review in consultation with Supply Chain and Finance
- Ensure seamless execution of planning activities via a strong connection with our Customer Supply Chain teams
- Ensure linkage between the IBP operational time horizon and Supply Chain Strategic Planning
- Build and own the governance framework for IBP Supply Chain Planning
- Provide thought leadership of the 'right' metrics and key performance indicators
- Build and maintain accountability for the IBP Supply Chain Planning knowledge database
- Provide leadership and coaching to the Production, Logistics, Customer Service and Inventory Planning teams, as well as the broader IBP community
- Challenge the status quo and lead a mentality of continuous improvement that drives a culture of excellence in IBP

**The ingredients to be successful**:

- 7-10 years' experience in leading Supply Chain Planning functions, Sales & Operations Planning and/or Integrated Business Planning
- Exceptional working knowledge of Planning Systems, Reporting & Advanced Analytics Tools and IBP Management Tools (JDA/Blue Yonder, SAP APO/IBP, Tableau, Power BI)
- +5 years' experience in CPG, Pharmaceutical or associated industries, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management or Finance essential
- Highly analytical and detailed focused
- Exceptional communicator
