**The Opportunity**
Working in a passionate and supportive team, time will be spent building relationships and creating engagement, as well as:

- Lead the development and training of the Primary Connect + transport planning team
- Manage the successful completion of daily transport planning operational requirements to achieve established service levels
- Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved by consistently delivering in full and on time
- Achievement of cost and service KPI's
- Effectively manage the business relationships between Operations and Internal stakeholders
- Maintain and foster business relationships between Operations and Transport Carriers
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities to deliver efficiency and remove waste
- Provide accurate, reliable and timely reporting to drive service improvement
- Drive innovation and organisation agility through improved operational process

**Who we're looking for**
Our new manager will be driven and passionate, keen to get things done and able to make an impact in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for a strong people leader with:

- Experienced leader with strong coaching and team development skills
- Manage and motivate the team to deliver continuous improvement and service excellence.
- Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills and techniques
- Effective time management with discipline and financial acumen
- Transport industry experienced preferred
- Excellent communication skills
