**What you'll do**
Contribute to changing the face of Woolworths Groups' Workforce Management as we implement a world-leading Labour Planning and Time and Attendance Systems suite within our distribution network.
As the Workforce Planning SME (Subject Matter Expert) and champion of the Operations needs you will:
- Manage the requirements of the business, develop solutions (process, practice, technology, training), combine with testing, delivery and support for system implementation
- Provide knowledge within the domain of labour planning and subsequent day-of-operations team member roster management requirements
- Travelling to our various DC's across Australia and New Zealand to support the solution implementations
- Supporting 'Understanding the Change' through impact assessments, knowledge sharing and uncovering business readiness activities, through coaching Site Operations and Labour Planning Teams to support change management
- Developing and facilitating User Acceptance Testing aligned to detailed design requirements for execution in Defect and Hotfix testing
- As part of the team you will develop 'Site Champions' and End User Training at the various DC's so that the sites can become self-sufficient and ensure the systems continue to run as intended by troubleshooting and resolving issues Continuing to learn and understand current ways of working in labour planning and DC operations, and challenge the 'norm' to translate requirements into future ways of working and continuous improvement
**What you will bring**
We'd like to hear from you if you have an operational, labour planning, or systems management background in a senior capacity, are a keen troubleshooter with a "can-do" attitude, great with people, and you thrive on being part of a high performing team.
You'll need to be a team player with an ability to travel extensively across Australia and New Zealand, have an interest in developing your expertise within Labour Planning, as well as having a passion for helping people understand the system.
- Experience within warehouse operations, labour planning or systems, in a leadership or SME capacity
- Ability to understand technical issues and communicate problems and solutions to a non-technical stakeholder group
- Structured and methodical problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence in a non-leadership role
- Ability to re-engineer processes to deliver cost, quality and service improvements Demonstrated experience in fundamental change management
