  • The role requires collaboration with purchasing coordinators and suppliers to place orders, manage MOQs, and resolve supply issues.
  • The ideal candidate will also be responsible for monitoring inbound freight, lead times, and stock levels to ensure availability while avoiding overstock/stockouts.
  • This position involves leading merchandise planning activities including seasonal buys, range reviews, and product lifecycle tracking.
  • The Supply Chain Planning Specialist will report on key performance indicators such as forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory health.
  • They will partner with stakeholders across Merchandising, Logistics, Finance, and Sales to enable informed decision-making.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in supply chain, demand or merchandise planning.
  • Strong skills in forecasting, inventory planning, and supplier coordination.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, forecasting tools, and advanced Excel.
