Strategic Communications Specialist

This corporate role involves leading the development and execution of internal and external communications strategies, aiming to enhance the organization's reputation and engagement.
The ideal candidate will create senior leadership communications across various digital channels, webcasts, videos, and town halls, driving consistency with the company's brand identity.
Main responsibilities include:
- Developing written content for multiple channels, from conceptualization to publication, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Providing expert advice and support to business leaders on communication matters, including risk management and thought leadership opportunities.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify innovative delivery methods for engaging content.
- Creating internal communication materials, including supporting change management initiatives.
To excel in this position, you will need:
- A degree in communications, journalism, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate/internal communications, media relations, and/or journalism, with a proven track record in Corporate Affairs.
- Experience working closely with senior leadership to provide strategic communication counsel and act as a trusted resource.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while operating effectively under pressure and changing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with communication measurement systems, analytics tools, intranet platforms, content management systems, and other technologies supporting communication strategies.
