About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Officer to join our team. As a critical member of the Adult Parole Board Secretariat, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication projects that deliver effective outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic advice on communications to senior staff and identify emerging opportunities and issues that may impact the Board's reputation.
- Develop and implement communication projects to support the Secretariat's strategic business plan.
- Manage a high volume of email and hard copy correspondence to and from the Board.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent writing skills with great attention to detail and strong proofing skills.
- Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality information and advice to senior staff on complex communication issues.
- Demonstrated experience in writing and proofing material for print and digital media for complex and sensitive issues.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing communication projects that deliver effective outcomes.
