Strategic Communications Specialist

The company is looking for a Strategic Communications Specialist to join their high-performing communications team. This critical role supports external communications across eight business lines, working closely with community, customers and stakeholders to deliver clear, engaging and compliant messaging.
About the Role- Develop and deliver high-quality content across digital and print channels.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns that support services and priorities.
- Champion plain language and content accessibility.
- Use data and insights to continuously improve messaging.
- Develop emergency and incident management communications and updates.
- Collaborate across teams for consistent, effective communication.

About You- You have 5+ years of experience in communications, media or journalism.
- You possess exceptional writing and editing skills.
- You have strong stakeholder engagement and campaign planning, implementation, delivery and evaluation experience.
- You are familiar with digital tools like Salesforce, Sitecore, Sprout Social, Power BI and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Meta, TikTok).
- You have experience with culturally linguistically and diverse (CALD) communications and media relations is a plus.
