- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, media professionals, and external partners.
- Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to inform future communications efforts.
- Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in strategic communications, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills with a focus on inclusive communication.
- Familiarity with digital platforms, social media, and content management systems.
