Quality Assurance Engineering Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Quality Assurance professional to elevate fan experiences across our Technology team. This role involves designing and maintaining a robust testing strategy that blends manual and automated approaches, ensuring our products are reliable, high-performing, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement a QA strategy aligned with business and engineering goals, including standards, test plans, test case procedures, and automation coverage.
- Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting across projects, ensuring automation is integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
- Drive initiatives for performance, security, and scalability testing.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience in QA, including at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong background in manual and automation testing across Web, Desktop, Mobile, and API.
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, JUnit).
- Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the software testing life cycle.
- Expertise in API, UI, performance, and security testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
