  • Oversee performance reviews, growth planning, and hiring to scale the team effectively.
  • Promote alignment with other engineering leaders on technical strategy and resource planning.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.


  1. 10 years of experience in software development, including at least 3 years in engineering leadership roles.
  2. Expertise in object-oriented programming languages such as C#, Java, or C++.
  3. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), SQL Server, Postgres, and Redis.
  4. Able to lead full-stack teams and work across distributed environments.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, along with a strategic mindset.
