Delivering Results in Liver Disease Management

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a strong background in liver disease management to make a significant impact in the field.

The successful candidate will be responsible for launching new products, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and healthcare professionals, and meeting sales and market share targets. To achieve this, you will need to demonstrate expert scientific knowledge in the specialty area of liver disease, develop and maintain a deep understanding of patient pathways from diagnosis to treatment in hospital and community settings, and provide value to customers using therapies.

This role requires strong account management skills, including prioritizing accounts, developing cross-functional collaboration, and building external strategic relationships. You will also be responsible for flawlessly executing marketing strategies and call plans to achieve territory sales targets, setting and delivering ambitious account-level goals and objectives, and maintaining a professional level of discussion with clinicians that positions products accurately and delivers positive outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a tertiary qualification in science, nursing, or a similar discipline, demonstrated success in specialist therapeutic areas, particularly hepatology/gastroenterology, and experience in launch management. Strong selling competencies and a proven sales performance track record in a specialist/hospital environment are essential.
