Clinical Lead in Chronic Disease Rehabilitation

We're seeking an experienced specialist to spearhead our efforts in chronic disease rehabilitation. This role offers a unique blend of clinical expertise, leadership, and education.

Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality educational content for professionals
  • Present expert insights through workshops and training sessions
  • Mentor and supervise colleagues to enhance their skills
  • Conduct thorough case reviews and provide guidance on treatment plans
  • Pursue research-driven practice improvements and share findings with the team
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience, preferably within the NDIS framework
  • Extensive knowledge of chronic disease management, including diabetes, cardiovascular, and pulmonary rehabilitation
  • Strong mentorship and coaching abilities, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A minimum Bachelor or Postgraduate Degree in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
  • Current AHPRA or ESSA membership, and a valid driver's license
  • Flexibility to work across multiple locations and adapt to changing priorities
