
Support Services Coordinator

As a Support Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care to patients and their families while working collaboratively with a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide friendly and professional support to all customers
- Manage a busy reception area, answer calls, and redirect them as needed
- Prepare admission paperwork, perform Health Fund Checks, and collect deposits and fees
- Work effectively with staff from other departments to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient information data and medical records
- Experience in an acute patient-focused healthcare environment or hospital
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly developed organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and within a team
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including 7-day rotating rosters
