Job DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for a Rehabilitation Consultant to join our growing team on a Full-Time basis. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals to recover from injury and return to work through a client-centered approach, focusing on health and well-being.
You will be managing a portfolio of cases including Workers Compensation NSW and ACT, Compulsory Third Party (CTP) and Workplace Health & Safety Assessments. Your expertise in human anatomy, physiology, and exercise science will enable you to assess function via Functional Capacity Assessments and workplace Assessments, collaborating with treating stakeholders to facilitate an evidence-based recovery.
Responsibilities- Manage a diverse portfolio of rehabilitation cases
- Conduct functional capacity assessments and workplace assessments
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based care
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you must hold a university degree in Occupational Therapy, Rehab Counselling or Psychology, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiologist. You should also possess AHPRA/ASORC/ESSA accreditation and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
