Drive Product Success

We're seeking a skilled professional to drive all aspects of the product life cycle, customer reviews and promotional activity across various regions.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be comfortable working independently. They will champion all promotions, point of sale, range reviews and execution requirements for all customers, ensuring to raise the expectation and delivery of our portfolio of brands.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent 2+ years of experience in Product Management, or 4+ years of Junior Product Management experience. Retail experience is highly commended, and Microsoft Software Suite capability is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Category Expense Tracking: Monitor and manage category expenses to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Forecasting, Planning and Executing stock plans: Develop and implement effective forecasting, planning and execution strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Liaising with suppliers or manufacturing partners: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Reviewing portfolio and recommending ways to drive sales: Analyze market trends and recommend strategies to drive sales growth and improve portfolio performance.
  • Ownership of image / website / brochures database: Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of images, websites, and brochures to support marketing efforts.
  • Effectively managing the product life cycle: Oversee the entire product life cycle, from development to launch and beyond.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in Product Management, or 4+ years of Junior Product Management experience.
  • Retail experience: Strong retail experience is highly commended.
  • Microsoft Software Suite capability: Proficiency in Microsoft Software Suite is required.
