THE OPPORTUNITY

ACCO Brands Australia has a current career opportunity to join our Marketing team as a Product Manager in our Kings Park, Head Office location. You will be reporting into our Senior Brand Manager, whilst managing some of our largest market leading products in Dated Goods.

As a key member of our dynamic Marketing team, you would be responsible for driving all aspects of the product life cycle, customer reviews and promotional activity across ANZ.

This involves championing all promotions, point of sale, range reviews and execution requirements for all customers and the company, ensuring to raise the expectation and delivery of ACCOs portfolio of brands.

You would completely own your assigned category, and would be required to create and execute brand plans for your category.

You would be required to do the following, but not limited to:

• Category Expense Tracking of your allocated budget.
• Forecasting, Planning and Executing stock plans for your category.
• Liaise with the product supplier or new manufacturing partners of all aspects of the product creation, artwork, design and sign off.
• Review portfolio and give recommendations on ways to continue to drive sales.
• Ownership of image / website / brochures database for your category.
• Effectively manage the product life cycle including exiting products and deletions.

This role is a hybrid work arrangement, covering 3 days in office and 2 days from home, once you have passed 3 months.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 2+ years of experience in Product Management; or 4+ years of Junior Product Management experience
• Retail experience highly commended
• Microsoft Software Suite capability is required.
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
• you need to have a 'can-do' attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills and be comfortable working independently.
