Job Title: Property and Facilities Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Property and Facilities Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing property data for our Commercial and Industrial Property Management team.
- Ensure all lease documentation is fully executed and in place
- Follow up on outstanding payments
- Assist property managers in building relationships with owners, occupiers, and operational personnel to deliver exceptional service
- Liaise with tenants regarding lease administration as requested by property managers
- Support the creation of monthly management reports for clients
- Help implement business and divisional strategic plans and marketing strategies
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and sound organizational abilities. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required, along with excellent written and oral communication skills, good financial literacy, and a strong customer service ethic.
