We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a Business Development Manager role.
This is a results-focused, data-driven environment where you will be responsible for qualifying the value proposition to prospective customers identified via outbound activities.

Main Responsibilities- Identify Opportunities: Identify problems to be solved, define what success looks like and match to company capabilities to determine opportunity size in the pipeline.
- Forecasting: Engage with prospects to gain high-quality information providing accurate forecasting of opportunity size and expected contract close. Maintain accurate deal stages, notes, and forecasts in CRM.
- Grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR): Convert pipeline opportunities into new signed ARR to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through disciplined follow-up, gaining decision-maker and stakeholder buy-in, confirming required budget and stepping through procurement processes to close.
- Closing Deals: Prepare proposals, negotiate contract terms and close deals efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work with product, marketing, and customer success teams to refine messaging and ensure smooth onboarding transitions.
- Strategy: Contribute to strategic mapping of market opportunities and strategic customer accounts to drive incremental ARR growth for the team and the company.
- Improvement Initiatives: Lead improvement initiatives based on experience of how to deliver solutions to customer problems more effectively and accelerate ARR velocity in the process.
- Relationship Building: Maintain ongoing relationships with senior customer executives of strategic accounts to ensure ongoing alignment and future expansion opportunities. Collaborate with partners to present joint customer proposals.
- Tender Responses: Contribute and lead the preparation of tender responses via procurement processes.
- 3-5 years of experience in outbound business development or sales in SaaS.
- Healthtech SaaS experience would be favorably regarded.
- Demonstrated success in generating leads and closing deals in a SaaS environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
