Job Title: Chief Sales Performance Officer

The primary objective of the Chief Sales Performance Officer is to lead a team of sales professionals in collaborating with the sales division to acquire new customers and maximize revenue. This role oversees the sales process by providing technical support for uncovering and closing opportunities through necessary RFPs, customer meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate, and guide team members to drive forecasted opportunities while maintaining alignment to sales goals.
  • Act as a coach to the sales staff, inspecting key deliverables and guiding employees to provide best-in-class sales support.
  • Engage in active involvement in sales activities through travel.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Technical Services team members to identify business requirements and align development projects.
  • Drive improvement initiatives by addressing market segment performance and impacting potential revenue growth.
  • Champion, communicate, and take personal ownership of the team's success criteria.
  • Deliver solution expertise in major client presentations, conferences, and user group meetings.

This role requires strong leadership skills, sales knowledge, and excellent communication abilities.
