Business Development Manager

TOMRA Cleanaway is a leading operator responsible for delivering the New South Wales container deposit scheme, Return and Earn. We work with diverse customers, from consumers to operational service delivery partners.
Salary PackageA competitive salary package is offered, including a base salary of approximately AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to develop and maintain customer relationships across the return point network in NSW. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Identifying and signing new return point partners as required
- Completing scheduled site inspections and associated audit requirements and documentation
- Representing the company in a professional manner
The ideal candidate will have sales, account management, and business development skills, with exposure to retail highly desirable. Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills are essential.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Sales, account management, and/or business development skills
- Customer service skills
- Exposure to retail (highly desirable)
- Stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
