About the Role

The Manager – Building and Assets will be responsible for developing and implementing asset management strategies, aligning with organisational goals. This strategic role requires a proactive leader with strong technical expertise to lead asset and property strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Asset Management & Strategic Direction: Develop and implement asset management strategies and plans to optimise resource use, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with AMAF standards.
  • Property Development & Building Management: Identify growth opportunities, develop business cases for investments, and oversee property projects in coordination with regulatory bodies and contractors.
  • Property Management: Manage property operations, budgeting, maintenance, and vendor relations, implementing best practices and exploring technology solutions for efficiency.
  • Fleet, Plant & Equipment Management: Oversee fleet and equipment needs within budget, working with team members to enhance operational efficiency and integrate technological improvements.
About You

We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 3 years in senior-level Asset, Building, or Property Management. Essential qualifications include demonstrated expertise in strategic asset management, including development of asset strategies, proven ability to manage construction, maintenance, and renewal programs, strong budget management skills, leadership abilities to inspire and motivate teams, and commitment to high-performance practices and professional development.
