Regional Sales Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team at Agribusiness Recruitment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the region.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Lead trade shows, shearing competitions, and events to promote the company's products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination of regional field work and share observations that may impact company results.
- Assist with the coordination, organization, and reporting of R&D trial work as directed by the R&D Manager.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales development and management, preferably in the agriculture or horticulture industry.
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with trade shows, events, and marketing initiatives.
