About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team at Agribusiness Recruitment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the region.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Lead trade shows, shearing competitions, and events to promote the company's products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination of regional field work and share observations that may impact company results.
  • Assist with the coordination, organization, and reporting of R&D trial work as directed by the R&D Manager.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales development and management, preferably in the agriculture or horticulture industry.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with trade shows, events, and marketing initiatives.
