Executive Director, Policy and Reform

We are seeking an innovative senior executive to drive significant change across the sector.

About the Role

The Executive Director provides leadership to drive policy and reform that reshapes the justice and human services systems.

The role involves leading evidence-based policy and sector reform, strengthening funding allocation efficiency and effectiveness, and driving program and service development.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of new ways to deliver effective cross sector services and drive transformation of the sector.
  • Drive strategic planning, commissioning, procurement, monitoring and evaluation of services.
  • Direct the delivery of an integrated policy portfolio focused on client outcomes and engagement with frontline staff.
  • Develop strategic cost benchmarking frameworks and processes to inform decisions around access to services and maximising value.
