We are seeking an experienced Technology Infrastructure Manager to oversee the management of our technology infrastructure across the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team and utilise your technical knowledge in modern desktop technologies.

You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to deliver outstanding IT services, including:

  • Managing device configuration and hygiene across Windows 10/11 Laptops and mobile devices
  • Deploying and patching MS Windows 10/11 desktops, 3rd party patch management and MS Office 365 service rings
  • Ensuring enterprise mobility and security of mobile devices
  • Providing monthly reports on device compliance status
  • Overseeing desktop & mobile device vulnerability management
  • Ensuring SOE web browser security

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Significant experience in a similar role supporting modern desktop technologies
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native and hybrid solution designing VDI Infrastructure
  • Microsoft certification in Windows 10/11 Enterprise management & Microsoft Systems Centre Configuration Manager
  • Knowledge of ITIL Framework and process principals
  • Experience with MS Office 365 workload L2/3 administration and security
