Job Title

The role of Technology Delivery Lead is a pivotal position in ensuring the smooth delivery and alignment with enterprise standards. This key stakeholder works closely with project teams, infrastructure specialists, and vendor partners to deliver critical IT infrastructure projects across large-scale enterprise environments.

This senior leadership role plays a central part in enabling, implementing, and delivering technology projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Executive Strategy & Customer Delivery: Lead the deployment and implementation of IT infrastructure and network technical services with minimal disruption.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Plan deployments, manage approvals, coordinate execution runbooks, and ensure compliance with change management processes.
  • Team Coordination & Delivery: Manage internal IT supply teams, technical specialists, and vendor partners to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Technical Leadership: Support project managers in defining system requirements, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables, while ensuring effective risk mitigation and reporting.
  • Operational Excellence: Recommend improvements, ensure alignment with enterprise policies, and act as a change driver to enhance value, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Financial Accountability: Track costs, contribute to budget development, and manage resources effectively to meet financial targets.

To achieve success, we are looking for a candidate with:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT, preferably within service management or infrastructure operations.
  • Proven capability in delivering infrastructure projects within large, complex IT environments.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality outcomes under pressure.
  • Solid understanding of service management frameworks, pipeline planning, and ITIL (certification highly regarded).
