Job Opportunity: Infrastructure Services Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Services Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing technology services and infrastructure across a diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery and optimisation of enterprise-wide cloud, network, and end-user computing services.
  • Oversee core architecture including Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Core Infrastructure, Storage, Backup, Disaster Recovery, Telephony, Collaboration Platforms, Network and Security, End-user computing, and Factory infrastructure.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and vendors to deliver complex, high-value infrastructure and service improvement projects.
  • Champion service excellence, proactive risk management, and a forward-thinking tech roadmap.
  • Manage multi-site IT service operations across Australia providing services across multiple sites and staff nationally.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure (network and systems administration) and project management.
  • Expertise in technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and security platforms (e.g., Zscaler, Defender), Apple devices via Intune.
  • A hands-on, solutions-focused approach with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to support multiple sites, manage complexity, and get the work done efficiently and reliably.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the confidence to interact effectively across all levels of the organisation.
