Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead our technology infrastructure strategy. This is a key role in our organisation, responsible for delivering secure, scalable and high-performing technology services and infrastructure across our diverse portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, project management and leadership skills. They will be able to work across multiple sites, manage complexity and get the work done efficiently and reliably.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery and optimisation of enterprise-wide cloud, network and end-user computing services.
  • Oversee core architecture, including Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Core Infrastructure, Storage, Backup, Disaster Recovery, Telephony, Collaboration Platforms, Network and Security, End-user computing, and Factory infrastructure.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and vendors to deliver complex, high-value infrastructure and service improvement projects.
  • Champion service excellence, proactive risk management, and a forward-thinking tech roadmap.
  • Manage multi-site IT service operations across Australia, providing services across 9 sites and 680 staff nationally, and 50 staff across other family companies.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other family companies on infrastructure and support needs.

What we're looking for:

  • 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure (network and systems administration) and project management
  • Expertise in technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and security platforms
  • A hands-on, solutions-focused approach with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven ability to support multiple sites, manage complexity, and get the work done efficiently and reliably
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the confidence to interact effectively across all levels of the organisation
  • A growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving organisation
