About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Sales Consultant to join our team in APAC, driving growth and sales for Meeting Solutions across the region.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Main point of contact for all APAC Operating countries and Global Services Team, supporting Hybrid Workplace opportunities
  • Planning approaches and pitches for targeted customer segments through positive engagement with the Operating Countries and Global Services sales teams
  • Qualifying opportunities, managing the preparation of quotes and related documentation to support the Operating Countries progress through the sales cycle
  • Identifying and understanding customer business issues, using cases, and proactively providing solutions that are mutually beneficial to Ricoh and the client
  • Developing proposals with the operating countries that are focused on client's needs
  • Developing and maintaining a strong sales pipeline with the Operating countries, by working with active Ricoh customers, prospecting potential new customers, Audio-Visual consultants, Office Fit out and designers, facility management, and Strategic partners to cultivate new business opportunities and new business wins
  • Forecasting sales, maintaining pipeline activity, and completing key reporting for the APAC

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ Year's selling Audio Visual Solutions, Unified Communications, and technology sales with business development experience
  • A strong professional network
  • A strong awareness of Audio-Visual and Unified Communication market in order to understand and assess the business viability of service offerings
  • Successful sales target achievements and a strong desire to over-achieve revenue goals
  • A track record of business/account plan development and execution
  • Experience in handling both business and technical decision makers in customer organisations
  • An ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent customer service and presentation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

About the Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
